The location was exceptionally nice and comfortable, adjacent to go carts and mini golfing bc and all the shopping, activities & restaurants and The Island and other adventures.

The room I stayed in was recently refurbished with busted windows as well as comfortable bed. The venue's position was central.
As for me, the area was disgusting.

Comfy place, I enjoyed outstandingly accommodating personnel.
The hotel was fairly clean and offered great prices. There were tidy and cheap rooms with the bathroom, a refrigerator. The venue was placed in the central location on outlets. Moreover, it's not far from the island and the arcades, all attractions and the parkway of Pigeon Forge.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with bacon and a selection of fruit.

We had an issue with the room's cleanliness, but as soon as we brought it to their attention, they quickly resolved the problem. They were understanding, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We truly appreciated their efforts.

The hotel is definitely recommended to everyone. Everything is fine here, had a fun stay of our vacation driving. The continental breakfast with a waffle, juice machine is the highlight.

Prime location very close to everything, clean pool. Based really close to hill, several attractions and The Island and all the commotion of Pigeon Forge. Continental breakfast at 6:45AM, I appreciated it.

Also, location was magnificent and decent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Arcade City. What's more, it was right by mini golf, many attractions and mini golfing bc the kids had a blast walking.
